Undergraduate Aid

Tuition Fee Exemption: Available for UG Aided Courses (BA / BSc).

Fee Concessions:

  • SC / ST & Converted SC Christian students.
  • Children of Govt. servants dying in harness.
  • Children of Ex-servicemen & defense personnel.

Free Education

  • SC/ST: No income limit prescribed.
  • MBC/DNC: Studying up to Degree level. No income limit.
  • Backward Class: First graduate of the family.
BC Limit: Rs 1,00,000/annum

Community Support

Backward Class (BC) Scholarships: For all BC/MBC/DNC students (UG/PG).

BC Limit: Rs 50,000/annum

SC/ST Converted Christian: Adi-Dravidar Higher Education Special Scholarship for hostellers (50%+ marks).

Government Schemes

  • Govt of India Scholarship: For Hindu SC/ST (Limit: 2.5L)
  • State Govt Scholarship: For Christian SC/ST (Limit: 2.0L)
  • Adhoc Merit Grant: For 1st UG SC/ST (60%+ marks)
  • Student Aid Fund: For economically weaker students.

National Merit

National Merit Scholarship: 60%+ marks in SSLC/HSC.

National Loan Scholarship: 50%+ marks, repayable loan.

Income Limit: Rs 1,00,000/annum

*Applicable if no other scholarship is received.
