Department of Food Science and Technology


Food Science and Technology is an Innovative Programme established by the UGC in the year of 2012. This Department mainly focuses on the methodology of handling, processing, preserving, manufacturing various food commodities and understanding the basic concepts related to Food Science and Technology and by applying those concepts we motivate the students for the better establishment of their future.
