Admission Committee

Need of constituting the Admission committee

This committee has been formed to oversee the admission process of all departments.
This committee is responsible for undergraduate and postgraduate students' admissions.
This admission committee tracks everyday events by maintaining a database of pertinent information on the applications.

Responsibilities

To formulate the admissions policy within the framework of guidelines and regulations by government.
To prepare the bulletin of information / prospectus.
To review the fees structures.
To fix the application issue date and also last date.
To prepare the merit list and category-wise list for admission.
To prepare the department-wise selection list.
To send the selection communication to all the selected students.
To coordinate mailings, phone calls, and other communicating services with the college office.
To publish the advertisement for the admission details.
To guide the students and parents in making effective decisions.
To provide best counselling to students and parents who come to seek admission.
To guide the hostel admissions.
