Arul Anandar College introduced OBE from 2019-20 academic year. Programme Outcomes for the UG and PG Programmes have been formulated, drawing inspiration from the institutional vision, mission and strategies to attain academic excellence echoing Sustainable Developmental Goals with international humanitarian and environmental concerns, responding to the national developmental plans, regional aspirations and local needs and the inculcation of values and skills for the integral development of individuals. The Programme Specific Outcomes reverberate the core values of POs at varying degrees. The Course Outcome is measured to assess the attainment level and relevance of the course. It promotes the application of innovative student-centric teaching and learning methodologies. OBE deliberates in advance the course delivery and assessment patterns that help to achieve stated objectives and outcomes. It focuses on measuring student performance i.e. outcomes at different levels ranging from Understanding to Creativity (K1 to K6). It is designed to make the students attaining professional expertise by being competent, creative and ever ready to accept new and challenging roles by embracing innovative opportunities and by applying emerging technology in Industry and Academics.
