Warm Greetings from the Department of Commerce with Computer Applications at Arul Anandar College, Karumathur, Madurai.It gives me immense pleasure to lead the department of Commerce with Computer Applications. . The primary focus of the department is to empower our students with overall development. The department is located in a sprawling environment with a state of art facilities and highly qualified faculty. Department of Commerce with computer Applications is one of the largest departments in Arul Anandar College. In our department we have 9 faculty members and 460 undergraduate students. The department was established in the year 1999. Our department faculty works with excellent team spirit in different fields. Most of the faculties have excellent track records and are associated with leading Institutes like Kalvi, Madurai Kamaraj University and other reputed Institutions. The faculty takes active interest in Research and have published more than 100 articles in International and National journals and have presented and participated more than 200 conferences in International and National level. They regularly organize workshops,training programs, Conferences and related activities for the benefit of commerce students community.
The infrastructure and lab facilities are upgraded from time to time and provide a good practical learning and innovative environment for the students. The Department has a strong mentoring system which aims to develop Managers, Auditors, Teachers, Professors , Software developer, Website designer and entrepreneurs who contribute to the Nations growth and Society. Today our alumni serve at the different leadership positions in the various fields like Private, Public, National, Multi National, Government and Non government organizations.
