The above-mentioned courses have various subject matters to teach as well as to imbibe values and skills proper for students. They roughly cover the areas of discovery of themselves from the present log and to see themselves grown up to this day in emotional as well as intelligence maturity. The overall Teaching & Learning are done through instruction, online Dash Board, PPT & Visual presentations, individual and groups performances like debates and group discussions, stage-performances, field visits, and extra-curricular activities.

The methodology of evaluation is something special to these courses. It is left to the innovative and creative ways of the staff and students, combined. The staff ensure that the students imbibe the value objectives and skills development specific to each course. It is not easy for the staff to handle all these areas of knowledge and skills. The Library holds sufficient study materials on the above courses, plus through the Internet access. To facilitate knowledge management and skills, the Department offers periodical orientation programmes to the staff as well as students. On the whole, it is a learning and growth process to both the faculty, who are more than 50, and the students.

ICT is generally used as the common tool of instruction and communication. The methods vary with teachers' creativity and students' participation. The methods of teaching and evaluation border on each other. They could be group discussions and stage performances, individual's creative expressions on the subject matter through art-forms and the like, field visits and experience sharing, and other usual forms like assignments, etc. Depending on the subject matter, the communication methods vary. Students generally show attention and interest in the class dynamics, which indeed is satisfying to teachers and students.

The great challenge rests upon the teacher to equip oneself on various concepts, problems, and issues, their shades and shores, like personality, society, nation, and the globe. The second challenge is how to evince interest in students. Hence, Staff training becomes important.

In the year 2019-20 alone, the faculty and students had profited by the following programmes, either separately or combined, and much of these through online in the year 2020-21 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
